Our Story
Dallas Chimney Care was started by a chimney technician, not by an investor. Our owner spent 20 years on roofs and in fireboxes, sweeping flues, rebuilding crowns and fixing fireplaces, before he opened his own company.
Over those years he saw how the big chains work. A call center books the job. The work goes to whoever is free that day. The technician is paid to sell, so every visit turns into a list of expensive repairs. The homeowner never sees the same face twice.
He wanted to build the opposite. A small Dallas company where a local person answers the phone, the same team shows up year after year, and the customer sees photos of the problem before hearing a price. That is Dallas Chimney Care.
The Team
Our owner is certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America and leads the team himself. Technicians like Jonathan, Joseph and David are part of our own team. They arrive in a marked Dallas Chimney Care van, in uniform, with the tools for the job.
We are insured, and every repair and installation comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty, in writing.
